- OfficeStoreApp (officestoreapp.com and its mobile applications)
- OrderBookApp (orderbookapp.com and its mobile applications)
- EVMotorWorld (evmotorworld.com, evmotorworld.in, and its mobile applications)
Individual products may publish supplementary privacy notices for product-specific features. Where a product notice exists, it applies together with this policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information — name, work email address, organization name, and role, when you register for a product.
- Content you create — data you enter while using a product, such as catalogue items, orders, requests, approvals, vendor details, and comments.
- Communications — messages you send us by email or through in-product support channels.
- Billing information — handled by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — pages viewed, features used, and actions taken within the Services.
- Device and log data — IP address, browser or device type, operating system, and timestamps, collected through standard server logs.
- Cookies and similar technologies — used for authentication (keeping you signed in), preferences, and aggregate analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may break sign-in.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and secure the Services, including authentication and fraud prevention.

- To improve the Services, using aggregated and de-identified usage patterns.

3. How information is shared
We share information only with:
- Service providers that host and operate our infrastructure (cloud hosting, databases, email delivery, payment processing, and error monitoring), bound by contractual confidentiality and used solely to run the Services.
- Your organization — in business products such as OfficeStoreApp and OrderBookApp, content you create is visible to authorized members of your organization according to its role settings.
- Legal authorities, when required by applicable law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Sevinfi, our users, or the public.
- A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale — with notice to you.
4. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. Organization data in business products is retained according to the organization's subscription and audit requirements. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or de-identified. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
5. Data security
We use industry-standard safeguards: encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted storage where supported, role-based access control, organization-level data isolation, and audit logging in our business products. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable technical and organizational measures.
6. International transfers
Our Services may use cloud infrastructure located in different countries. Where information is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection consistent with this policy and applicable data-protection law.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Request deletion of your personal information;
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

If you are part of an organization using our business products, some requests may be routed through your organization's administrator, who controls that data.
8. Children's privacy
Our Services are intended for business and general audiences and are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Third-party links
Our Services may link to third-party websites (for example, vehicle manufacturers on EVMotorWorld). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and this policy does not apply to them.
10. Mobile applications
Our mobile apps collect the same categories of information described above. In addition:
- Apps may request device permissions (such as camera for scanning, or notifications) — each permission is optional and requested only when a feature needs it.
- Push notifications can be disabled at any time in your device settings.
- App-store platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play) may collect their own diagnostics under their privacy policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated effective date, and — for significant changes affecting registered users — by email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
