These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites and applications operated by Sevinfi Solutions ("Sevinfi", "we", "us", or "our"), including sevinfi.com, OfficeStoreApp, OrderBookApp, and EVMotorWorld (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use a Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and "you" refers to the organization.
Individual products may have supplementary terms (for example, subscription plans or acceptable-use rules specific to a product). Where product terms exist, they apply together with these Terms; if there is a conflict, the product terms prevail for that product.
1. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
- Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
2. License and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your internal business or personal purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or sublicense the Services;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services, or attempt to access them by any means other than the interfaces we provide;
- Upload malicious code or content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful;
- Use the Services to violate the rights of others or any applicable law;
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services without our prior written consent.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Services ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to operate and improve the Services. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to the content you submit. In business products, Customer Content is controlled by your organization's administrators according to their role settings.
4. Subscriptions and payment
- Some Services are offered on paid subscription plans. Prices, billing cycles, and included features are described at the point of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Payments made through app-store platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play) are governed by the respective platform's billing terms; manage or cancel those subscriptions in your platform account settings.
- Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable.
- We may change pricing with advance notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
5. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, design, logos, and content we create, are owned by Sevinfi Solutions and protected by intellectual-property laws. "Sevinfi", "OfficeStoreApp", "OrderBookApp", "EVMotorWorld", and their logos are marks of Sevinfi Solutions. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our marks.
6. Third-party services
The Services may interoperate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Services available and reliable, but they are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services with reasonable notice where practicable. We may release updates that change functionality.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Services or close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 3, 5, 9, 10, and 11) survive termination. You may request an export of your Customer Content before account closure where the product provides export tools.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Content on EVMotorWorld (including vehicle specifications and pricing) is provided for general information only and should be verified with manufacturers or dealers before making decisions.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sevinfi Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sevinfi Solutions from claims arising out of your Customer Content, your use of the Services in violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sevinfi Solutions is established, and the courts of competent jurisdiction there shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available in your place of residence.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and — for significant changes — notified by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
